Principles Store Card

Hi There

New to this but have a question to ask.

My wife has a Principles store Card through Ikano Finance, Principles went into administration about 6 months ago and my wife is still paying off her debt at about £15 a month. We thought everything is fine but when we signed up to check her credit report it says the debt has been settled.

Can anyone give me some advice, Has the debt been settled or is she still liable for the balance.

Is she still receiving statements?

It may of been sold on

She would be responsible for any debt incurred even if the parent company had gone into administration.

Thanks for the advice, she is still getting statements, we have mad this a piority to pay off and hope to have it clear by April. Thanks again.
