I would sit tight and let the court deal with it as appropriate.

Depending on the basis of your claim, it may be struck out
    Q. My case is on hold with the courts, what is going to happen?

    A. ...
If your case is based on the old template letters and the court deals with it, it's very likely to be struck out...

If the court doesn't strike it out, then it will progress to the next stage.
That will be the time to decide whether you wish to spend more money on court fees, bearing in mind the pssibilty of getting any money back is only 10%- 20% according to the above link, or withdraw the claim.

A new legal arguement should be published this week from the barrister Martin has employed. You'll need to read that when it becomes available and decide if there really is any point fighting on.
