I am getting myself all confused and have spent days looking at laptops. It's time to admit defeat and ask for help!
I am looking at a laptop for my son. It will be used with a projector for dvds, presentations etc. He likes to make films and animation and I would hope it would see him a good way through high school.
Her are the selection I'm looking at on Very website, please can you advise me on which is best?
Compaq Notebook CQ61-312SA £379 2GB / 160GB
Toshiba L300D-242 £399 2Gb / 160GB
Toshiba Intel Celeron 15.4 L300-2CW £399 3GB / 160GB
Samsung R519 £429 2GB / 250GB
Toshiba 17inch Celeron L350-21Q £429 2GB / 160 GB
Toshiba L500-13v £449 3GB / 250GB
Compaq CQ61-330SA £469 3GB / 320GB
I know there are a lot of links there, so sorry if it's too much. I am totally confuzzled myself! I was initially going for the 17" Toshiba, thinking a bigger screen would be good, then read about GBs and rams etc. I'm afraid the only rams I know have woolly coats and say Baa!!
Please help, I've been looking at these for days and really need to order it before it's too late! Obviously I want to spend as little as possible but I also want it to be the right thing and suitable to last a while.
Thank you.
p.s. the reason it's Littlewoods is I have a discount code and 0% BNPL.
