these are usuallya really great comopany to deal with...my rep is great but ive been annoyed with other staff tehse past few days grrr
my rep has been off sick so had to deal with other people...anyway i had a few loans with them and one of them was completly paid off but not closed so payments i was making (i pay by SO) were still allocated to that account...so at present i am 32 in credit with them...which they have agreed they owe me back.
well anyways a guy was supposed to come see me yesterday to return my money and close that account...i told him i had to go out at 12.30 he was like ok fine i'll coem before..so i sat around waiting all morning and even left alter than i wanted as was still waiting for him...i called him up and he was very accucing...i did come around and YOU werent there ...i explained i was turns out the plonker had written the wrong address down....so he tells me that he will send someone this morning (no apology for blaming me)....ive been sitting in all morning and nothing..no call etc.
i call the office repeatedly and no answer...so i call his mobile and he says oh i will be coming monday ....i repeated back that he told me today (again no apology) and hes like nope we changed it to monday as your rep is off sick thats put us in a muddle...so obviously i get annoyed as it is 2 mornings i have wasted waiting for them...and now i have to hang around monday...but still no apology grrrr
its only 32 quid but its the principal cos if i owed them that money no doubt id get some hassle....seriously not impressed....ogh and the reason they cant answer the phone in the office is no power hmmmm!
