Usual problems at this time of year, cold weather, need new battery, now need a code,

hi is there any way i can get the code for my dads ford focus radio serial num m253020 model 4000 rds he had to get new battery and managed to lock it lol

Can someone help? My radio is a Ford 3000 Traffic 2 channel, and the serial number on the side is M178233.
