Car Boot Sale around Essex

I used to do Dunton and enjoyed it,but now it will take at least 4 hours to go round because it is huge.We used to get there for 5am but the farmer extended the sales area and minimised parking.They upped the price too.£8 for a car and loads more for a small trailer,vans etc.The traders have overtaken this booty and I now avoid at all costs.Be aware that as you get your spot you will be pounced on from other sellers delving into your stuff instantly.
If you do this one,be prepared to sit and wait as the sellers and buyers arrive at the same time looking for bargains.!

I found that the Lazybones bootsale on the old A130 at Rettendon on a Sunday to be the best locally for selling, There is a Saturday one on the same site but this is not so good. I try to arrive at about 9am, the only downside is they don't like you to leave before 3PM

My favourite one is the nevendon bootsale near basildon.(not related to any other bootsales)
It is busy, well organised. has full catering, plumbed and attended toilets, plenty of staff and also a paid police officer on site if anyone needs one.( so no selling of dodgy knock offs.lol)
the postcode is ss14 3jh. it starts this sunday (7th march). public entry is 35p Oaps and kids free (£1.50 before 7am) and sellers are £10 per car & £13 for a van.
Loads of free parking and easy access from A127. Just look for the A132 turn off

I cant wait. i have so much gear to get shot of
