OK so they tell me I've had no transactions since my last statement (10th November)....WRONG....so whats up with the site
"There haven't been any transactions put on your account since your last statement. If you're looking for a particular item, please remember it may take a couple of days to appear on your account."
great, I know there's been a large payment made against the a/c (I made it) and some transactions as well....it is Christmas after all...so where's it all gone!

Are you sure you're not looking at the wrong statement? Sometimes, if the statement has recently been sent out, then the 'current statement' is actually the 'next' statement. Have a look to see if there's a 'previous' statement menu - maybe your spend is there.
-Sorry - I've just re-read your post (Egg actually stated the date of your last spend).0 -
If you check it again they should have generated you a statement for approx. 10th Dec - what were your recent transactions dissappear for a day or so until the statement is created. (That's what I find anyway)0
