finally wore down Lowell / Capital1.. i think

after asking for ages for CCA, doing folow up letters etc, lowell seemed to think it was a formality getting docs needed, and reminded me each time they sent me an 'update' letter..
but apparantly not!
just had a letter earlier today (gasp- y'day actually, would ya look at the time!), advising they are closing their file..
'until such time docs required may be found etc..
