Taking vitamins

            Bear in mind that not all vitamin pills are created equal. For instance most multis will have some form of magnesium in them. The cheap ones (and even some of the expensive ones) will contain it in the form of magnesium oxide - a pretty worthless form. Vitamin b12 is poorly absorbed from a multivit. Omega 3 oil can contain mercury (not good).
 That said, some vitamins can be very useful. I get mine from iHerb.com as somebody else mentioned.0
