unauthorised ebay transaction on my credit card

i have an unauthorised transaction on my credit card for £285 from EBAY EUROPE SARL. I dont have an ebay acc and havent bought anything off ebay in the last 6 months. Cant seem to get anywhere, going round in circles.... Can anyone help me.........please:mad::mad::eek::eek:

Go straight to your company and report the transaction as unauthorised. Have you done this yet? Don't bother going to ebay, they won't be much use.0
