List items in the book catagory (as its free to list up to £4.99) starting at £4.99 or less, even if it is not a book.Put it under book accessories.....I've done this quite abit lately and its produced great results...Especially as buyers think you've listed it in the wrong catagory !

If like me you list loads at 99p start, then list your items in two catagories....its still free ! :T:T

Oh and well done everyone, you're all doing SUPERB.

just a little ditto, if you keep on listing in the wrong catagory you might get your listings pulled.. which will damage your ebay standing..

I must admit.. its happening alot on in the vintage clothing catagories, and its a pain in the butt... as the real true vintage is swomped and lost by modern stuff, listed 'in the style of'

Hi, can anyone help me please, I'm on Dooyoo but completely confused as to how you find things to write about?

Also, for the people who are selling clothes, just had a look on Ebay for mannequins and there are some great ones for under a tenner delivered, you can get child and baby ones too, they're great :) was looking for a dressmaker's dummy to put things on that I've made, but they are way too expensive, the mannequins are great! Hth.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

I normally use Turbo Lister, but used the ebay website to try it out a few moments ago - and it said listing would cost 10p insertion fee. Maybe the fee gets refunded? Which subcategory within books do you use?

ETA: Ah! Got it! It says there's a fee on the listing page, but when you click through to confirm it says the fee is refunded due to promotion! Anyone know how long it will last???

ETA (again): Found this thread - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=28073577 - which says it's until 24th Jan.
