Well so far I have spent £6.66 out of my £100. £2 on 2 pairs of jeans courtesy of a littlewoods glitch. Also popped into Wilkinsons today and got 10 large mailing bags, a pack of 100 address labels and a roll of brown parcel paper with the other £4.66.
Got 5 items on Ebay 3 of which finish tomorrow but only 1 has been bid on0 -
Evening all
Some great efforts out there :T
I've listed 3 things on Ebay and sorted a pile of books to sell on Amazon. A couple of them have lowest prices of £20 :j, so I'm hoping they'll do well (I am aware that books can be on sale for ages though, so I'll be patient).
Planned to check out a carboot in the morning, but we've had loads of snow here - a total white-out, so don't know whether that'll happen...
RE: BB, I was lucky and did it in Oct/Nov. I did have a few nice wins and even a £100 Full houseHowever, the loophole has been closed. You can't withdraw the free £5 bonus anyway Bing0, but it seems you can now only withdraw if your winnings reach £50. That ship has sailed....:(

Hey, I was worried about this too so I chickened out and opted for Amazon vouchers when I reached 20000 points, just to test it. I got my e-voucher within a few days (quite surprising as it was over Christmas that I put the request in)
HTH
I received a Dooyoo cheque on the 23rd of December... it took nearly four weeks to come through but I got it! Just be patient people and don't worry!!

Well, I've just done 20 ebay listings. I'm testing the water here, and have tried a few different things - pricing structures, end times etc to see what works for me.
I almost immediately had an email from someone in Spain, asking me if I would send the item to Spain, and at what price. I said I would send it for £5.00 if they paid the 'Buy it Now' price.
What do you guys do in these situations?I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

Is it a one off or do you have other items they may be interested in ? Offering a cheap combined price may swing another sale..."Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
Hi all
Wow, you've all done really well! I can't believe how quickly people have got going on this. All I've managed to do is sort out some stuff to list on eBay, buy a few books which I don't now think I'm going to make any money on but what the hey, and collect up 30 second hand golf balls to resell. Quite chuffed with that latter though. I only expected to find a few at first but the extended driveway at the back of the house is on top of a practice hole and the rough area by the lake was full of lost balls!0 -
Scrooge, In that situation i'd weigh the item that u have to send and log onto the royal mail website to find out the cost to post to spain. There is a list of weights and prices. I'll usually weigh the item and put the postage cost in the listing in 3 categories (UK, EU and Worldwide). By doing this you dont get too many questions about postage. Hope this helps.0

just listed 26 books on amazon on the sell stuff you bought at amazon tool - so quite quick.
Found a voucher for a local cafe and outdoor play area at £10 for a £30 voucher and same deal on a voucher for steam railway in the lake district and one for hop o hop off ticket for steamer on lake ullswater. All through local radio station. So spent £30 for £90 worth of entertainment for the family. That won't be included in the totals for this challenge as desperately need to save money on a monthly basis s well as make it through the challenge. But pleased with my day!!“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
