Dont understand your dilemma, youre worried because you owe £140

Pay the £40 this month, and then pay off as much as you can in the next few months.

And if owing such a small amount worries you, cut the card up
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
  • Thanks for the reply the card is cut up ,thing is im on the dole, so that limits me plus i have 35 pound a month contract

Pay £30 per month for six months. Or pay £15 per month for twelve months. Approximately.

What is the question? Your post does not make any sense. If you don't want to pay interest then save up in advance. If you don't want to pay even higher interest in the future make sure you make all minimum payments to your Argos account. What is your minimum payment?

At least you have a credit account. Why not keep your nose clean and maintain it? This may help you receive cheaper credit in the future.

If you are on the dole why are you getting rid of your possessions? Why not use your benefits to maintain your account? £256 per four weeks JSA but can't afford £15 or £20 every fortnight. That does not add up. Please explain what the actual problem is.
