Hyundai washer problem
Comments
-
My girlfriend experienced the same problem tonight.
Were you able to fix it yourself or did you have to go to the dealer?
Her car is a 3 month old i10 so it covered under warranty.0 -
Can you not open the bonnet and pull the hose off the washer jet on the inside and then operate the washer.
If fluid comes out then its the washer thats blocked, if not then it could be the pump / hoses blocked.
Is this a recent cold weather thing.? ie..during the past few weeks/month.0 -
probably just something frozen somwhere, i would leave the engine running for a few minutes after a good run, to try and defrost something, also try pouring hot water in the washer bottle and on the nozzles0

Hoses often pop off the jets, as the latter freezes and the water has nowhere to go. Lift the bonnet, trace the washer pipes, check they're attached.0
