bidet handheld spray fitting...

Hi - have the handheld spray and will be using a Thermostatic Mixing Valve set to safe temperature like the one below

which connects to a elbow

how do I turn off the supply after use - as I would not want the full pressure of water to stay in the hose!
I would like some kind of tap (cheap as possible but looks nice!) that acts like a isolator or something that is on the outside - all the pipework and fittings will be concealed inside plasterboard.
Hope I am making sense here - thanks!

You could use a crome-plated timed non-conclusive valve.
Also the sray head should not be allowed to touch the rim of the bidet, a gap of 25mm min0 -
Hi thanks for that - am not using any base for the bidet - just the handheld thing like a shower spray handheld - anyway have managed to find a shower mixer from ebay which should do the job!0
