My wife has a Post Office Card Account.

Is use of the card limited to the original issuing post office or can she make withdrawals from any post office?

A Post Office™ card account will allow you to take cash out, free of charge, at any Post Office™ branch using a plastic card and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your card and PIN will also allow you to request a balance enquiry at any Post Office™ branch.

It was citibank when she opened the account 3 years ago. But postal statements say J P Morgan on the back now.
