BCP Airport Parking WARNING!

My card has been charged for more than I was quoted on the booking screen and my confirmation email showed the higher rate too. It is only a few pound but I'm still annoyed, I wouldn't have thought this would be allowed. Have contacted them and they don't seem to believe me, luckily I did a print screen showing the lower amount before I pressed the 'book now' button.

Wont be using them again, even if they refund the difference, what a load of stupid hassle just for 2 nights parking:mad:

I have never had a problem with BCP or any other airport parking booker before, but i have found that if i check a price, do some comparisons then go back to book the price can go up, usually clearing browsing history sorts this out and some times credit card charges are not as transparent as they could be or add on cancellation insurance.

I wondered if it was something like that but the website seemed to be pretty good at showing all charges. I booked for parking and also the airport lounge, picked debit card- so no charges and had to put all details in with the price showing at the bottom. I think the problem was that it showed 10% discount on the quote but then charged me full price.

Did you pay by credit card or debit card?

The reason why i ask is that the price increases if you pay by a credit card on the last page! I think this is the cause of the problem.

I paid by debit card, which was free, and even if I'd paid by CC it said it was a £1.50 charge not the £3.20 extra that I paid :)
