To be fair after reading your posts more I do see the OP point now but all I am stressing is regular meter reads would have got rid of this problem.
I do agree with you about not 100% of tariffs are applicable to Energysmart which I personally do not agree with.
My question is if the OP submitted meter reads Im assuming they will be saved on there online account. If it was submitted over the phone and the read was not processed then I do apologies to the OP and yourself.
I myself have no ties to BG and if I think they are in the wrong I will stand up for everyone on here and try to help as I can. as said above if the customer gave it to a agent and no action has been taken then this problem has came from mess up.
