Help, needed, reclaiming bank charges

Hey,
I am after some advice with regards to re-claiming bank charges. Over the past 7 years I have had numerous bank accounts with different banks and have incurred some massive bank charges, for going overdrawn, missed dds, cheques bouncing etc.
I have paid most them off and a few have been passed to collection agencies, who I paid, is it still possible to reclaim these monies. As I have been charged thousands over the years.
Any advice would be greatly recieved.
Cheers Reb123

There is no real yes or no answer to the question at the moment but hopefully we might have new templates to play with soon so the answer might change.Hey,

Start your claim here:
http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/
A £5k claim will only cost you another £100 in fees (to start, it'll mount up if the matter continues without being struck out)
Good luck!"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
With respect, as Ray Cox,QC is working on NEW POC's should we not wait a bit for them and furthermore, I would not use MCOL since it is limited in text and it is better getting an N1 form(the paper version).Start your claim here:

I only suggested MCOL as they are cheaper, and currently the chance of success is, to say the least, limited so was hoping to save the OP money in their claim.
Yes it would be cheaper not to make any claim at all but the OP, after 7 years and presumably having noticed the recent Supreme Court decision, suddenly seems intent on making a claim.

I haven't said not to claim but I would NOT use MCOL, it has historically caused more problems than it solved in the past. The N1(paper version) would be better to complete than MCOL.0
