Courier didnt give item but signed papers for delivery.. urgent help please

Hi, posting for my sister. I dont know where else to put this so putting it here, if it should be somewhere else please let me know.
My sister ordered a cross trainer from Kays but in the end cancelled it. She then ordered one from Very and it was being delivered today.
My sister wasnt in so our mum answered the door to the courier. The one my sister cancelled with Kays was handed over and the guy said he had another in the back. Got my mum to sign the forms and then left without giving the other.
She has no receipt or anything, just a piece of paper on the box which says HDD Direct dispatch. I cannot find anything for this online! Obviously she has a big problem here and I cant find anything to help so was wondering if anyone else can please as she doesnt want to be paying for a machine she doesnt even have!

I'm no expert, but if I was in your sisters postion I'd be straight on the phone to Kays advsing them of what's happened. They should be able to deal with the couriers they use so that you can determine that only one cross trainer has been delivered. If it was direct from a manufacturer they should be able to provide you with these details.

Try not to panic - I hope it works out for your sister!

No I wasnt :eek:
Shes called them up and the person was trying to get hold of the driver but couldnt so gotta wait now to see whats happening and they will arrange redelivery.

Theyre both owned by shop direct group.

They also own Woolworths online

Very is just the re-invention of littlewoods direct.
