Hi

Just wondered if anyone can advise whether there is a fast track process in place for complaints going through the FOS when you are in Financial hardship.

I am paying £108 per month to PPI insurance that I can do without paying.

Any help is gratefully received.

Hi Amanda

Yes the FOS will consider this on request.

However, there is still a queue for this but it helps, and try to enclose copies of anything you have to prove hardship, such as copies of statements, letters, default letters, if your in arrears with the mortgage and so on.
