No frills insurance - ?

Not really as far as I can see they could do much better.

options included which could have been excluded

radio cover,
personal belongings cover
window cover ?maybe - maybenot
accident recovery
legal protection

Some of those will be optional but others won't be, hardly what I call no frills.

    radio cover is definatly not a "no frills" insurance, most people would be quite happy to use a cheap one from argos etc. if theirs got stolen and most of the manufactoror(sp) ones that are odd shapes can be picked up on ebay for less than £20.
