just wondering if you can clarify something!
I've just got my agreement through for a NSPCC card (Bank of Scotland) with 9 month 0% on balance transfers from opening account.
the handling fee is 2% or atleast £2 for balance transfers and cheques offered at special promotional rates other than a special promotional rate you recieved when your account was opened.
Does this mean that I won't be charged a fee on balance transfers I make within the next week as I'll have just opened the account!

I think you will be charged a 2% fee on your balance transfer but that you will not pay any interest on the money you transfer for 9 months.
Read the Terms & Conditions carefully...0 -
It doesn't read that way to me, RS1.
It reads that NORMAL balance transfers are subject to the fee, but ACCOUNT OPENING balance transfers are not.0
