hello, we have seen a property that we are very interested in. ideal size,
location and price. the wife has fallen in love with it. we have been looking
for over a year, but there is one concern I have.
in the basment on the lower part of one wall there are mushrooms growing.
from memory its a bunch of them covering the area the size of my palm.
what could this mean? could it be dry rot or damp?
any advice would help before we make an offer and incur expenses.
thanks
