    have made flapjacks, cherry cakes, pineapple sponge and custard a few jacket potatoes because oven was on and a fry up using leftovers for lunch, this afternoon the kids have played in the back garden in the "sandhouse" and with a washing up bowl of water! a total non spend day.

    Will be cooking (slightly adapted) Moroccan Lamb with Couscous recipe to make best use of the veggies we've got in tonight.

    i've ordered a dvd with my £5 cd voucher.

    been sitting by the river all afternoon, took lunch with me and a big bottle of water. so total spent £0

    was meant to be going on a rare night out tonight but got cracking headache so wont be going. More money saved.

    Futon looks *fab* but is a 2 man job to put together and b/f away!!!

    I also have a nice money saving bruise on thumb now after first attempt at assembly!!

    New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.

    Done overtime today.. 7 hours and get paid for 10 due to an incentive scheme... also working 1 hour (hopefully) tomorrow and getting paid for 4!! I'm hoping to get 60 hours OT under my belt this month!!! We got free breakie too so saved pennies there, and had my home made salad for lunch!!

    Been looking for the cheapest Alton Towers tickets online and chilled in the garden! No expensive bf visit this weekend!!

    Shopped at Tesco (used to shop at sains or M&S!!), took stuff to tip (instead of paying man to come & get it!), made 3 batches of muffins - banana, choc chip & cinnamon - the latter ended up in the bin as gross (think I forgot the egg!) & gave them to my neighbors who helped with with TV yesterday...back is killing me so not done cleaning which I planned but stardrops made an appearance in the kitchen! Tonight am going to give myself manicure, pedicure & facial - would have cost me aboyt £80 in "the old days!"...ohh yes and joined the library!!
    Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.

    erm.......... have wrapped up and addressed email packages ready to send on monday afternoon. Done fair amount of cleaning, oh and did laundry using the OS recipe for own washing powder and it all smells gorgeous.
    Spent about £8 today, not great............ but feel like poop so small gift to self

    Saturday is usually a shopping day for me. I stayed at home instead and dug out an overgrown area of garden to make a veg patch.
