As title says I was due my incapacity benefit to be paid into acct today as usual, every two weeks on a wed and it has not been paid in. As everyone else I have direct debts and bills which are carefully managed and have to be paid and on time and this has really mucked this up and a direct debit has not been able to take place.
I have recently informed them of a change in circumstance ie now recieve Middle rate DLA not higher so pension (small one) has to be taked into account but I have had no letter or notification from them to say it will be reduced which it should be by a small amount as now on MR care DLA (pension amount is not taken into account when on HR care DLA).
I am well miffed! Is there anyone who can shed any light on this, I know I can contact them in the morning, but surely they cant just stop paying anything without notification, like we have to give them?
No benefit bashers please!!

If there is a change in your claim, your payments may be suspended whilst the change is calculated.Gone ... or have I?0
