Just seen the flip side from the EA on Saturday. This bloke was from the same office as the woman on Saturday, but SO much more personable, honest (well, sort of!) etc etc. Let's just hope that the others we come across are just as nice decent................ :D

ive put my house on the market with william h browns who have a local office.. ive found there service fantastic keeping me informed abt everything, even got a offer from scotland with only the people seeing the details from the estate agents..

They will show people round if i want them to and if my house doesnt sell by the time i leave in 6 weeks i know im leaving it in safe hands.. the other local estate agent didnt like them at all..

Personally my view is that estate agents do as little as possible and charge as much as possible.

Personally just been a FTB and the estate agents (and the solicitors for that matter) were totally useless. They don't sell the property and just don't help you.

Oh well, settled now and happy. Good luck with finding your new property.
