RUSS............... you say
"If your really sneaky you can save the original outlay by taking a pair of scissors with you to the shop and cutting them out there and then!!"
Except the offer says it's off your NEXT purchase, so what you're suggesting is more than being sneaky.........it's dishonest.
Mikeif i had known then what i know now0 -
If he hadn't already bought them they would be his next purchase.;)0

I went to tesco today however it said up to £1, on the pizza itself there was only 25p off next purchase, the other 25p off offers were on other items.0

Yes but the 'moneysaving' point with coupons is that you don't usually have to buy what it says on the coupon.....so you could buy the next pizza with them or you could buy bread or whatever!
I have a friend who I tell about this regularly (like me she has a big family and is strapped for cash) but she still hasn't grasped that it doesn't matter what the coupon actually says. I don't even read them half the time, just look at the expiry date, the amount off and check for a decent barcode...
Anyway the ones I bought, 2 out of the 4 coupons can be (legitimately) used for pizza because one of the 25p's is for any Chicago Town product.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am a little confused now...... (and I understand the issue about using vouchers on any item that that particular supermarket stores),.....
but the OP said that you got £1 voucher on each pizza box to redeem against next shop. Are we now saying its only 25p (if so these pizzas are no longer effectively free) ????
Would be interested in an answer as I was going to nip out and get 4 tomorrow (specially in time for Englands victory tomorrow night) !!!
Come on England,

I said £1 worth of coupons, meaning 4x25p coupons.
I've used 2 lots of 4x25p coupons both in Asda and Tesco with no problems. Here I go again on my own....0 -

I didnt know that!, are you sure the till person wont call for the manager or something, I was intending to just buy pizza and nothing else with the coupons effectivly making it free, however the tills person might notice that i got 4 coupons and only 2 pizzas
I did my shopping yesterday at tescos's you see.0 -
I bought the pizzas today and came home and told hubby about this thread. he cut out all the tokens and returned to tesco to buy a printer cartridge. he asked the guy at the till if he could redeem the vouchers if he wasn't buying the products stated on the them. The guy thought hubby was mad but said he would try it. £2 discount came off:j . Tesco man couldn't believe it and was very impressed.
Don't think i would try this unless I was doing a big shop but Hubby has the nerve and is making me cut out coupons in magazines at a rate of knots:D0
