Zen Nomad xtra drivers needed

Can anyone help me locate drivers for xp for the above jukebox, I bought it second hand, it was working at the time but with no discs or cables included, I thought it would be a simple case of hitting their website and downloading but the only download for it that I can find is for win2000, I have tried plugging it in to usb but nothing happens, it is now dead as a doornail and I'm getting concerned it is slowly growing tusks and turning into a white elephant!

signed up and validated but it keeps telling me account needs validation when I try to download, getting a pop up ""external protocol request" but been cancelling this because I just don't like the look of it!

OP has already been to their website with no luck, only Win2000 drivers.
