Unable to delete email

I am using Windows 7 and Live Mail.
There is an email stuck in my GMail junk folder, in Live Mail. Whatever I do, it refuses to budge. Have logged into GMail website and deleted everything, but this email (from Fast Car Magazine) doesn't seem to be there. Receiving message 'unable to move'.
Has anyone any advice please how to get rid of the darned thing?

Which browser are you using? Try to delete it using some other web-browser.0

Have now managed to delete by dragging to Delete box, instead of usual right-click, choosing delete.
