Hi, I bought an MP3 player from Argos which stated it was compatible with the BBC iplayer for downloading tv programmes, but on trying to use it whilst the music and photos sync well I cannot sync the tv programmes, many days and nights later trying to sort the problem to no avail, talking to the manufacturer who are trying to help as well but it all involves downloading things from their website and doing things i really don't understand, I thought I would be able to just do it the same as the music and photos. If it doesn't get sorted soon and easily I want to take it back I only bought it three weeks ago but it isn't covered on the Argos 30 day money back guarantee, I feel it does not explain the iplayer properly, that it may be compatible but you have to be a pc wizzkid understanding all the jargon of downloads and firmware and drms and mtps!! before you can play any tv on it, all of which I know nothing about, so how do I stand as far as my returning rights and the 30 day no money back issue, any body have any idea? Thks
