in Credit cards
OKay,
Well after being made bankrupt in 2003, discharged in April 2005, and now removed from credit file.
I have one default account on my credit file (next directory) is paid and satisfied. dfault date 2006.
In the course of improving credit I have taken a couple of small loans out with provident, which all show zero's for all the payments in the last 7 months.
Did Have a CCJ, which there was noway the company could issue me with one, cause i owed them no money put with the hel of 10past6 on here, had it completley removed by the company.
I have a prepay CC with credit builder which all shows zero's
I have now had a proper bank account, with no overdraft or anything for the last 6 months
Does anyone think i will have a problem applying for a credit card that will help me rebuild my credit, i am not after a major limit just 100.00 just to help me build back my credit file, as soon i want to get a mortgage etc. (will be in a position to offer a large 40% deposit. from inheritance.)
I work, and have been at the same place for 3 years.
So who would people recommend in my circumstances? is it worth applying yet, or waiting longer?
Oh and i only have 1 credit search in the last 6 months.

Thanks for that, ell applied for a vanquis one yesterday, and they said they couldnt give me a immediate answer then bt would here from them in about 10 days.
And they called me this morning wanting to confirm details, and ie name address work telephone number, and said someone will be in touch shortly, so heres to fingers crossed, and i see they are part of provident, who i have been using to help build up my credit, by taking out small loans leaving it in the bank for a few weeks and just paying off the small interest, so hopefully this will all go towards good marks for my application.Awaiting Inspiration......................0
