MAXXSOCCER.COM anyone know why their site is down

Hi guys!
Have any of you placed an online order recently with maxxsoccer.com, I have ordered a football top for one of my grandsons, it's his 12th birthday on christmas day. I have bought things from here in the past and orders always take around 10 days to arrive, but this time it's been 3 weeks, I tried to contact them but their website dosen't seem to exist anymore, I have sent an email through Google checkout as I paid through them and am still waiting for a reply, got this sick feeling in the bottom of my stomach which i'm trying to ignore, does anyone know anything. thanks!

Strange one this. We ordered two kits. One arrived and one hasn't. Have had no reply from emails and as you said, the site is down.

The sick feeling in your stomach is obviously your worry that you've been scammed! Getting one kit instead of two leads me to think that this isn't the case - don't you agree?

I'm still hopeful anyway!

Thanks for your reply! You getting one of your orders instead of the two hasn't reasured me, but I do find it strange, trouble is it is going to be too late for a replacement soon so don't know if to keep waiting or buy him something else, glad you at least got something

Site back up today! I have sent them a message and hope to hear from them soon

Good news, i've just had an email from maxxsoccer and they say if my order hasn't arrived by the weekend they will send me another! I suggest that if your other item hasn't arrived by then you do the same. I don't know what the problem was with the site, i've had quite a few orders in the past and not had any problems what so ever.

Hi,
Just to let anyone who's considering ordering from this site (Maxxsoccer) a few words of warning from my experiences. It took about 5 months for me to recieve my order. When it did eventually arrive it was missing an item and another item was wrongly numbered. The most frustrating part of this process is the fact that they refuse to communicate with their customers (who's order they have got wrong). They will not answer emails! If your not recieving your items - be sure to put in a paypal claim if you can before the time runs out (don't let Maxxsoccer drag it out so you can't put in a claim). Good Luck, Smoking3131:mad:

As topblood says they're Thai. That means everything they send will be counterfeit. There's no contact address or phone number and the privacy policy has been worded in such a way that any customers are giving Maxxsoccer full permission to send as much email spam as they want.
