i have posted about my hardship case allready but i would like a little bit more advice i have to pay £140 in charges next week will i be able to get these charges stopped untill next mounth.

If you have charges due end of December it is possible they can stop them hitting your account for that month. But as I have found it is all down to the pot luck of what kind of advisor/human being you get to speak to. It also depends on what arrangement you have with the bank to pay off the amount owed. It's defiantly worth a go though. This really annoys me that they cannot give the breathing space to customers to get back on their feet for the sake of not charging for a couple of month or two. good luck.0
