Separate Home and Business Lines Q

Hi all,
I'm supposed to be moving house in 2 weeks (23rd December, eek!). As I work from home, I can get a BT Business line installed with broadband. I can't use the line for personal calls, though. As this is with BT, can I get a separate personal landline from, say, TalkTalk?

You could have a 2nd line with whichever provider you wish.
Seems a bit pointless though, if you had an Anytime call package on the first line then your personal landline calls would not cost your employer (I presume your employer is paying for the first line?) any more anyway. No free lunch, and no free laptop

You could use a supplier like www.18185.co.uk so any outgoing calls are billed to you on a seperate bill.0

Use the BT line for you calls , but not the BB . Talk Talk , are offering free installation until 15th of December. BB is 40G download limit plus line for £11.49 a month inclusive. For an extra £4.00 a month you can have anytime daytime calls including 0870 numbers .0 -
Thanks everyone for the advice, it's much appreciated.0
