Recommendations for accounting software

Hello all.
I am looking for some accounting and management software for my business and also to keep track of cash flow and expenses for betting, ebay, amazon, daily expenses, etc. I need to be able to keep track of multiple accounts. There is the added complication of the fact that I am partially sighted and therefore the software must be accessible but yet not lack in the functionlity that I need. I have a decent budget and am willing to pay for a quality piece of software kit.
I have tried out Microsoft Money 2006, but have to admit that I found the 2005 version easier to use. But I'm not sure about the different versions, Small Business, Deluxe, Standard, etc. Also have tried out Quicken, but found it too hard to see.
Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.
Cheers and take care.
Hussein.

Have you considered Sage Line 50?

I would advise caution if you are thinking of buying Sage for a small business. In my experience it is one of the most unhelpful programs out.0

Thanks for the suggestion.
gizmoleeds - Thanks for that, but the size of the monitor doesn't really make much difference. I use the speech to help me read documents to prevent eye strain and to read applications when they have poor contrast/small font/inaccessible controls. The magnification is needed so I can actually read the print. Imagine reading the daily newspaper with 48+ point font, then add in eyestrain after less than one page and not being able to see the pictures clearly
wadewade - what would you recommend in its place (Sage)?
Cheers and take care.

I have family and friends who run small businesses. Their accountants always recommend they use Sage but they all find it un-user friendly for the non-financial minded.
