Have a chat with the guys at Business Link primarily - they will have a list of consultants and specialists that they will recommend (depending on what you need).
Once you know what kind of help/specialist you need, I would search online or ask around for recommendations as you will probably be able to find someone that will quote lower than the guys off a businesslink referral (generally).0
