    Hiya clutton

    My experience is that mundic block is something found in the South West, particularly Cornwall. Basically it is poor concrete, so if your house is surveyed and found with it you can't get a mortgage.

    Probably not!! I don't think they are actually blocks, rather that is the name for the concrete in the building. It is supposed to deteriorate quickly and make the whole building unstable. You have to try and replace it, ok if it is one wall, but with the first house I looked at it was everywhere - the whole place would of had to be knocked down.
