Can anyone recommend any bicycle lights up to £20 ish?

    Depends if you want marker lights or lights that actually light up where you're going :)

    Proper lights.

    I live in a city and its fairly well lit so I dont need ulta-powerful lights.

    Proper lights are unnecessary in a city.

    Revolutions 1 watt Vision High Power (£20) got a good review in Cycling Plus this month. There's probably a full review over on Bikeradar.com.

    Avoid the market leader Cat Eye though. You're paying for the marketing and the clamps are notoriously shoddy.

    Make sure you get LED lights, the batteries will last much longer.
