It's probably simplest to use paypal - you can set up an account to send money with them very easily.
or you could use western union or a bank transfer using their international bank account number - best thing to do is call up your bank and ask them.0 -
I have just looked into paypal and there are limits to how you i can send, i need to send $2400 as soon as possible so i can hopefully recive the item before xmass.

Crikey $2,400. You are very trusting!
Why not phone up your bank and ask if you can?.....0 -
Can you do some sort of 'Chaps' payment? I'd check with your bank like Dave says.“When the customer comes first, the customer will last”0

CHAPS is UK only.
You may be able to do it online; if I go onto Halifax's online banking, there's an option for 'International Payments', and to set up a payment, I need:-
Recipient Name
-
IBAN
-
Swift/BIC Code
So simply the name, account number and swift code should be fine.0 -
if its a USA bank you need the ABA (route number) and account number.
I use XE.com for free overseas payments. Open an account in under 2 days.0
