Has anybody used Shoppingbank?

Hi I don't know if its the right forum to post so apologies first if I've posted in the wrong place. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them in the past. They seem to offer the lowest price on a ATI Radeon 4890 Vapor-X graphics card, but I'm mildly dubious as they have no feedback on the google search.
