Centerparcs - Will my Wii work with their TV in Comfort Accommodation?

Has anyone stayed at Centerparcs and successfully used their Wii Console in the 'Comfort' standard of Accommodation (Basic)? (and taken their own dvd player and been able to connect it to the TV in the Villa?) Going to Elveden at Christmas and the Wii is going to be an Xmas Presant. The official Centerparcs reply to this question is that you are not allowed to plug into their TV anything of your own, but I wondered if there is even the facilities on their TV's to do so? Many thanks for your input.

Some the villas we have stayed in haven't had the facility to do so, even the new exec lodges/villas - but the last one at Whinfell did.

I have only ever seen the connection on one TV. It was in a brand new Travelodge. Most hotels disable the features on the remote control though. So even if you where to plug it in you may not be able to switch over to AV.

If you are going to take the Wii then make sure you take the Scart bit as well. You never know!

I've only ever stayed in comfort lodges & I've always taken a DVD player with me & they're worked!

Well cant you take a portable with you, just incase, then your covered?

We went with friends last year and they had the wii set up ok in their comfort lodge

Mine worked last year but it was comfort plus at Sherwood.
