Hello
I recently bought a few items for christmas from the empire stores catalogue, they have a 14 day home approval guarantee and this is extended til just after new year.
Anyways, I have checked on their website and a couple of my items are now cheaper, is there any chance Empire will reduce the price on my statement or would I have to reorder said item and return the first, hopefully getting the biggest price reduced. Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else and what happened. Any thoughts appreciated, cheers, michelle

i doubt they will reduce the price
you are however entitled to cancel the order, and then by all means re order. Bt if they somehow link the two, they can deny your re-order without reason as they dont legally have to trade with you.
You could also just ask?Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
I will give them a ring first thing, just thought I'd see if anyone was successful beforehand, also one of the items i haven't even recieved yet!:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly0

Would you expect to pay the extra if they increased in price?0
