Disability Living Allowance

DOES ANYONE KNOW OR WHERE i CAN FIND OUT WHAT DEGREE OF DISIBILITY MIDDLE RATE DISIBILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE IS? AFTER MAKING A CLAIM ON MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR NOT WORKING DUE TO FIBROMYALGIA i HAVE BEEN ASKED THIS VERY QUESTION BY THEM:confused:.

    They will have this information. Are you sure that they did not ask if you are in receipt of MRC?

  • i have fibromyalgia...and have had it since i was 18.. im now 24.. i also have joint-hypo mobility.. which i have also had for the same period of time.. i am a single mum who doesnt work.. i have applied for dla 4 times now and been flatly refused.. can any one advise me please...?

    Laura, if you are having problems with a DLA application you are best to seek advice from CAB, Welfare Rights or a charity relating to your condition.
