Need to vent my frustration.
I needed to make an emergency £1500 payment last week so done it via online banking. Checked in a few days later to check it went through okay and found I couldnt get on to my account. After dialling lots of different numbers, going through endless automated voice messages and waitng for an age I eventually get through to a woman who tells me their fraud finder flagged up my £1500 as being unusual and blocked the account. Fair enough I suppose, but they didn't even attempt to contact me. I told her I needed to make the payment asap so she said she would set it up again. Just logged in again today to see I'm in my overdraft (which I'll get charged for) because the idiots put through 2 £1500 payments! Now I've no idea how easy it will be to get the money back, I need the cash quite quickly and I'm paying an overdraft fee!!!
Sorry guys, just needed to let off steam...this isn't my first bad experience with these jokers:mad:
Talk about being incompetent.
