I find disposable yahoo or googlemails more useful...that way, when you use them for the next one(coupon ,comp etc), you can quickly check and see if anything useful is there and either delete the rest or add to spam list.
Then if you hear that there was a useful coupon mentioned on the thread with "check your emails" you can open your spam folder and find it
Also, many coupons, comps have a time lag, rather than an INSTANT email, so unless you keep refreshing your 10 minutes, you may miss it.
It's a great idea,for some things I guess, but not one that I can see myself using

There are useful apps such as thunderbird, or gmail manager that will allow loads of email addresses to be stored with the corresponding password, so can save a lot of hassle in checking multiples every so often:beer:
