  • :hello:Evening peeps! long time no type, hope everyone is well, hugs for Sher, kisses for everyone, biggest kisses for Mad, pink, Gill, and Blue my GFS buddies, and can't forget VC, CM and Bully who have helped me out in the past. Now I feel bad for not mentioning everyone:o.
Well I'm back, I hit T's today, did my first moc shop in about 4 months today so got lots of dove spray, dove mens bodywash 59p after moc, free temptations, small bags of purina 7Xp after moc, 2 other till spits and a few baby club and ordinary clubcard mailing and got several of the 25p washing powders, used a £6 off a £40 shop, ended up getting £40 off a £75 shop of course 1/3 of my shopping was deodorant, body wash, and washing powder :rotfl:.

My finds are Sainsburys A5 booklet at the end of the tills, has 50p off weightwatchers drinking chocolate (it's so expensive though)
Asda magazine 30p off Warbutons tiger bread, now the MOC itself doesn't actually mention Warbutons, send DH in for 2 with the MOC's he didn't realise and got 2 Asda bakery tiger breads that are 65p or 2 for £1. SA took them, even after scrutinising so 2 loaves for 40p! I have sent him back twice since then:o

    Well I'm back,
All Blue can say is "About bloody time" :p:D:rotfl::rotfl: I have noticed you posting on various other threads and was gonna ask wot we done to upset you, but now your back you have saved me the trouble;) The most important question you gotta answer before you disappear again is, are you going to the June GFS :D

Changing the subject totally, I went to my happy ish accepting internet coupons Tesco tonight. The SA noticed the dove was scanning for more than the cost of the dove and called the checkout supervisor or whatever over, who said take them:D But then on chatting to him, he said that they have heard that head office or somewhere high up was going to be doing a new memo about internet coupons and that he had heard soon they would not be taking them. There was nothing nasty about his comments, in fact he was kinda impressed how I got nearly all the shopping paid for with the dove coupons. So I think it may be true, unfortunately, that Tesco may be stopping taking the internets. I am gonna buy loadsa freezer/non food stuff in the next few weeks just incase.;)
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I need help from my pals:(:( I need to know if anyone else is as sad/obsessed as Blue and is buying the Easter eggs for the Mugs. I also need to know if there is some kinda help group I could join, cos I have 5 different mugs already and if there is more I don't know how I am gonna resist:eek::eek:
To make this more than a "stupid, self indulgent post"", I wanna remind you all that the Dove offer at Tesco's finishes on Sunday, so if you haven't printed/printed and not used the coupons, get yerself down to your local one now.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Not sure I'm afraid it will be May before I could commit I'm afraid.

With so many people mentioning it it does seem to be on the cards, wierd thing to do now you can't use them as cash, I can't imagine they get even 5% of the fakes they prob got before  and they must bring in a bit of business.

Nice to have been missed :kisses3:

    Tell me more, mugs?

I have the Kit Kat, Mini Eggs, Creme Egg and Dairy Milk Easter eggs all with matching mugs so far. I know there is at least 2 more to collect and that is if I decide only one of each mug is enough:eek::o
From what I can remember, the Creme Egg and Dairy milk are £6 each or 2 for £10 and the Mini Eggs are £3 each and the kit kat are £3.99 each. But as you all know, the prices/offers can change from week to week, so only know the latest offer is the creme egg and dairy milk 2 (1 of each) for £10 instead of £12.
Tesco are at the moment doing ordinary easter eggs (fair sized ones) for £2, BOGOF.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Tried to use my voucher at Tesco but it was refused as they dont take internet vouchers :(

Some stores do, some dont. i used mine the other day at tesco for the Dove Buy One Get One Free promotion

To be honest, with the end of the Clubcard - OpenUniversity vouchers AND the hassle over coupons, I am thinking Mr Sainsbury's will be more grateful for my business in the long run. My whole finance is based around Clubcard points at the moment. I think that Sainsbury's is a little better in terms of quality and ethics (chicken farming, sustainable fishing, etc.) and although a little more expensive, maybe the acceptance of coupons without hassle make the price different unimportant!?
