OH also went to T's recently and was told that they won't accept internet coupons even if you buy the product, the SA who said no is a lovely one who uses mocs herself so won't be too happy about the stores latest rule. She did get it checked with a supervisor who said no, luckily he only had a couple for Milka as he'd just popped there for some beer and I asked him to get some chocolate too.

Definitely go the Customer Services route - they should send you a gift card.
This would have been a wonderful chance to leave all your shopping, ask for your money back and say you were going to Sainsburys/Asda wherever :rotfl:

    Morning all :D

Same at my local who used to take anything and everything. OH twice left shopping (one shop was £60) the last time it happened they got in touch with head office who agreed with the store even after they had emailed OH to confirm that the store was wrong and had to accept them. How head office can get this wrong and backtrack when the store spoke to the same person that had emailed him I don't know. We just don't go to that one now even for non coupon shopping and only go to the next closest T if it is a an offer that can't be refused:D They have lost the whole family's shopping. I hope they think it was worth it for not accepting a few pence worth of coupons.

On the first post of this thread there is a section at the top of the post called "Thread index" and at the bottom of the list is the link to Magazines with MOC's/offers Thread which when you click on it you will be taken to the Magazine thread.;)
