Edit: The letters are supposed to be in capitals but for some reason I can't get them to stay as capitals once I've submitted this post?

my dentist told me that mouthwash is of no use at all and a total waste of money which surprised me but he said that your own saliva is the best thing to kill bacteria and heals wounds or ulcers - he said that if i like the taste and want to waste my money it is up to me plus my previous dentist (who I left because they went private also told me that some mouthwash have a lot of sugar in them and rot your teeth so do more harm than good:eek:) I always used to use mouthwash especially before i went to bed and was told it is the worst thing i could do
He is very good and has just gone private:mad:as well
Hope this info helps and saves you money
Thank you for this info, I usually keep a bottle of mouthwash in the bathroom for use after eating garlic for obvious reasons, so dont actually use it on a regular basis. However, went into Sainsburys today and picked up a smaller Listerine (not the correct one) - it was £1.41 for 250mls and the cashier accepted it so got it for 91p :T.
Other bargains of the day included 2 more baby washes for 45p each in Wilkinsons:T. Wilkinsons also have 9 pack Charmin toilet paper for £2.97 (cant quite remember) so with 50p coupon got it for £2.47:T
Meanwhile in Boots Dove are on BOGOF so got two for free - this left 64p so got a pack of Boots Vitamins 99p for 35p and I also had a 200points coupon from the ACM to use, so got £2 added to my Boots Card:T2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494

Nor sure if it's been said on here, but in Waitrose at the tills they have a small A5 booklet called 'Waitrose New' (black with scallops on the front).
These a £1 moc on the back page, off any Menu from Waitrose main course.
If you have been sent one of those £4.99 free Moussaka/Cottage pie/Piri Piri Chicken coupons in the post then you may get away with using the free product moc plus a £1 from the booklet, against one item, so the £1 will come off the rest of your shopping.
I just did! :T
Also, there is a Waitrose specific moc stuck on the Charlie Bigham chilled menu meals, which are for £1 off Campo Viejo Rioja wine. If you then go and find that wine, there are different little Waitrose-specific mocs on the shoulder of the bottles for £1 off Charlie Bigham chilled meals.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

http://www.idealhomeshow.co.uk/ticket-info/
The feedback on this was so bad last year  that I didn't bother going even though I had a free ticket, but I have just booked a freebie for this year in the hope that it will have improved0 -
Hi everyone
I am new to MSE, this is my first post, but I have been reading posts for a while now. This is my favourite thread. I completely new to coupon hunting and using and only started at the beginning of this year. I am amazed at how much I have been saving, and how much I could've been saving these last years
Since I have been enjoying all of your bargains/coupons so much and enjoying your daily updates/stories I thought I would join in and share mine
I am slightly confused after seeing people writing that their posts have been deleted etc? What MUST i include in each of my posts to ensure it is useful/not deleted?
At first I was reluctant to join as I know some forums and threads can be very opinionated and see heated arguements or peoples views being shot down, but after reading this for quite a while now you all seem such a lovely bunch of people that I have decided to just go for it.
I hope I am welcome0 -

Welcome to this thread. Basically if you include in your posts anything in connection with coupons whether its a new coupon or money saving due to using coupons this is acceptable, slight chat too. However its the posting of items that should be posted elsewhere that are not so much deleted but moved elsewhere where they can be more useful to the majority of MSE members. Hope this helps a bit.2008£3002009£13002010£15002011£41952012£21942013£1494
