Sorry to hear your sad news Sher and Olipot - thinking of you both xxx
Newspaper Summary here - search not working properly stillIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Good morning everyone, today I am so very sad, my heart is breaking. Yesterday while I was buying my Mom-in-law a new watch and some new underpants, she was being rushed to the hospital where she never regained consciousness and died. I can not believe she is gone, we were very close (she said I was like a daughter to her. Her only daughter died when she was 24 from cancer.). I had bought her a 3-wheeled walker last Friday, she loved it! The staff at the home said they couldn't believe how fast she was walking with it. Just last Sunday I told her she was going to live to over 100. So anyway, if I'm not keeping up with the thread this week, it is because I will be busy sorting things out. Instead of my bringing Mom over to our house today, I will be packing up her things at the home.0

Thank you everyone for your kind words and prayers. I am so sorry for your loss Olipot, you are in my thoughts and prayers too. Yesterday was particularly hard for me as Mom was supposed to spend the afternoon with me but instead I was packing up her belongings at the home, which was hard to do in between the floods of tears. All the residents and staff were very shocked and upset as to be expected as Mom lived there for over 9 years. I gave Mom's footstool to her closest friend as Mom would have wanted Ivy to have it. We also donated Mom's new 3-wheeled walker to the home for anyone who needs it to use. I'll have to make another trip or 2 to the home to get Mom's bed and fridge. So much to be done and the snow isn't helping as I'm not sure we can get out until some of it melts as the main roads haven't been gritted. Anyway, I had a few minutes to get caught up here on the thread so will now delete the coupons that have expired and carry on clearing the snow from the driveway in hopes we will be able to get out today. Thank you again everyone, you're all very kind and good friends.Murphy knows me too well and sticks to me like glue!0
